Using GoSwingo
GoSwingo provides golf coaching information, student tracking, coach communication, lesson planning, and scheduling tools. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep login credentials private, and use the service lawfully and respectfully.
Coaching information
Training plans, drills, messages, performance observations, and website content are educational golf-coaching information. Results vary by player, practice, health, equipment, course conditions, and other factors. No scoring, performance, scholarship, or competitive outcome is guaranteed.
Accounts and access
Each student should use their own account. You are responsible for activity performed through your credentials. GoSwingo may restrict access when needed to protect students, coaches, the website, or the integrity of the service.
Junior accounts
A parent or guardian is responsible for supervising a junior player’s use where consent or supervision is required. Junior users should not share unrelated personal or sensitive information through logs or messages.
Lesson requests and scheduling
A submitted lesson request is not confirmed until its portal status is shown as confirmed by the coach. Availability, locations, cancellations, fees, and rescheduling may be subject to separate coaching arrangements communicated directly with the player or guardian.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the information you submit. You allow GoSwingo to store and use that information as needed to provide coaching, scheduling, communication, support, security, and platform operation.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another person’s account, disrupt the platform, upload malicious material, scrape private information, impersonate another user, or use messaging for abusive or unlawful activity.
Availability and changes
The service may be updated, interrupted, or changed as the platform develops. GoSwingo may revise these terms, and the current version will be posted here.
