Information we collect
When you create or use a GoSwingo account, the platform may store your name, email address, phone number, age group, skill level, goals, practice and round logs, scores and golf metrics, lesson requests, schedule details, and messages exchanged with your coach.
How information is used
This information supports student accounts, coaching preparation, lesson planning, progress review, scheduling, service messages, account verification, and requested notifications. GoSwingo does not require payment-card information in the current portal.
Coaches and authorized access
Student information is available to the student and authorized GoSwingo coaches or administrators who need it to deliver and operate the coaching service. Private coach notes are not displayed on the student dashboard.
Email and notifications
The platform sends operational messages such as account activation, log alerts, coach replies, lesson updates, reminders, and inquiry responses. Delivery depends on the website’s configured mail service.
Security and retention
GoSwingo uses WordPress authentication, role checks, request verification tokens, and server access controls. No internet service can promise absolute security. Information may be retained while an account or coaching relationship is active and as reasonably needed for operation, recovery, or legal obligations.
Junior players
A parent or guardian should supervise account creation and platform use for junior players where required. Do not submit sensitive information that is unrelated to golf coaching.
Your choices
You may update profile and coaching information through the portal. To request access, correction, or deletion of account information, use the contact page. Some records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, recordkeeping, or legal compliance.
